The Pride Landers welcome Queen Dhahabu and her herd into the Pride Lands. Dhahahbu soon meets the rest of Kion's family and goes on tour with Kiara, Tiffu, and Zuri. During the tour, dry lighting hits the ground and Fuli races to save Dhahabu. Kiara and the Lion Guard take out the fire. Seeing this, Dhahabu gets an idea to have royal guards for the rest of her visit. Tiifu, Zuri, and Fuli become the guards while the Lion Guard goes on patrol. In the Outlands, Scar comes up with a plan to get rid of the queen. Soon, the Lion Guard spots Raha and Starehe, who aren't happy since they're not with their queen. Dhahabu learns about baboons and notices the jackals. The Lion Guard, Raha, and Starehe help fight the jackals. Dhahabu claims that her guards must be with her forever. None of the girls wanna be with her forever and Kion comes up with a plan. Kion says that Raha and Starehe should be Dhahahbu's guards instead. Soon, the jackals come back along with crocodiles.
