"The Queen of Never Land" is the second segment of the thirty-fifth episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It premiered on July 27, 2012 alongside "Big Bug Valley!", and is the second segment of the tenth episode in the second season.
Plot[]
Jake and his crew are playing hide-and-seek when Izzy finds the Pirate Princess and Winger. They wanted to show the big news: they have been invited to meet the queen of Neverland. No one has ever heard of the queen until now. The Pirate Princess and Winger then read what's on the scroll, stating that the time has come for the queen to go. Cubby wonders who the new queen will be among the Pirate Princess and Winger. They must each bring a special gift for the queen to decide. Jake, Izzy, Cubby, and Skully decide to come with the Pirate Princess and Winger as they present their special gifts to the queen.
Somewhere in Neverland, Captain Hook poses as the queen of Neverland. He states that he doesn't have to hunt for treasure, as the silly princesses will bring the treasure to him. Mr. Smee, who is also disguised, likes the idea. Just then, the Pirate Princess and Winger arrive. They are delighted to see the Queen of Neverland. Jake and his crew also arrive, and Jake notices that there's something funny about the queen, as she looks familiar. Winger then gives the queen a gift, which is a song that she performs. That is not quite what the queen was expecting. The Pirate Princess then brings up her purse of diamonds, but she is giving him far more precious than diamonds, as she is giving him the gift of a rainbow light show. She taps her wand onto the diamonds, which form many rainbows. The queen doesn't want it, however. Izzy decides that the queen isn't really a queen. Cubby has an idea for proof. He brings up an idea for bowing, and decides to see if the queen bows like a sneaky snook.
Jake and his crew then bow to the "queen," who returns the bow, revealing himself to be Captain Hook. For figuring out the queen's real identity, they earn three gold doubloons. Hook, having secured the treasure, makes off with the diamonds. Jake and his crew decide to help the Pirate Princess retrieve her diamonds from Hook.
On the Jolly Roger, Hook is reveling in his treasure. Smee, however, points out that Hook took the diamonds without saying thank you. Sharky and Bones then spot Bucky approaching. Jake informs Hook that he has something that belongs to the Pirate Princess. Hook decides to take the Jolly Roger into the viney swamp, believing that once they sail into the jungle of hanging vines, they will be impossible to find. Bucky ventures into the vines and quickly gets stuck. Jake and his crew then swing on the vines hanging from the ship's rigging to free Bucky, earning them four more gold doubloons.
The Jolly Roger was stuck. On Hook's orders, Smee took the ship full speed ahead, and the vines ripped the sails. Hook blamed Smee, but Smee pointed out he was only following orders. Hook retorted, "Then stop doing what I tell you to do!" The Jolly Roger then struck a rock, sending Hook and the diamonds dangling precariously from the ship's side. One of the diamonds struck Tick-Tock the Crocodile, awakening him. Tick-Tock spotted Hook and prepared to devour him. Realizing the danger, Izzy quickly used her pixie dust. She, Pirate Princess, and Winger flew to the rescue, rescuing Hook and getting back the diamonds, earning them four more gold doubloons. They returned Hook to his crew, and Smee thanked Pirate Princess, Winger, and Izzy for their help.
On Pirate Island, Pirate Princess thanked Jake's crew for their help by giving each of them a sparkling diamond from her purse. After she and Winger departed, Jake and his crew placed all the gold doubloons and diamonds they had collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Then, Skully, disguised as the King of Neverland, announced a royal proclamation demanding Jake and his crew give him a gift of crackers.
At the end of the episode, Captain Hook mentions that due to all of the trouble, he didn't even get one diamond. Sharky says that Captain Hook's old dress makes for a fine sail. The dress then falls off and lands on Captain Hook. Bones, Sharky, and Mr. Smee then bow to him.
