"The Real Deal" is the twelfth episode of the fifth season of ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the one-hunderedth episode of the series overall. It aired on March 9, 2018. It was written by Jed Whedon, Maurissa Tancharoen, and Jeffrey Bell and directed by Kevin Tancharoen.

In the milestone 100th episode, Coulson finally reveals the mysterious deal he made with Ghost Rider, which will impact everyone on the S.H.I.E.L.D. team.
