"The Road to Macadamia" is the fifty-ninth episode of The Disney Afternoon animated series TaleSpin. It premiered on February 20, 1991.

Plot

Baloo and Louie go to Macadamia to collect cargo and pick up some macadamia nuts. However, the economy is very poor and they get thrown out. They soon find out that the Royal Chancellor is running the economy into the ground so he can force the king to let him marry his daughter, the princess, so Baloo and Louie, with the help of the princess, try to prove to the king that the Chancellor is cheating him.

Trivia

• Goofy hollers are heard every time Baloo and Louie get kicked out by Rhino guards when constantly trying in vain to sneak into Macadamia in order to get the money and chocolate nuts they owed them.
• The plot, along with the title, is an homage to the "Road To..." film series starring Bob Hope and Bing Crosby.
