The Tomorrowland Transit Authority or TTA is a fictional organization from Disney Parks.
History[]
Background[]
The Tomorrowland Transit Authority is an organization in the futuristic land of Tomorrowland which oversees the transportation within the utopia. In particular, they operate the PeopleMover which takes civilians around Tomorrowland. It is unknown when the TTA was established but it became a prominent member of the Tomorrowland Chamber of Commerce.
It can be presumed that they also have connections to Tomorrowland transportation entities such as the monorail, railroad, Autopia, or Rocket Rods. If they have authority over space-craft and nautical transportation they likely also have connections with Space Mountain, Star Tours and submarine lagoon as-well.

The TTA is the basis of this Magic Kingdom attraction which takes guests on a transportation route and tour of Tomorrowland. They have an artificial-intelligence subordinate known as ORAC One, "The Commuter Computer" who narrated the attraction.

The TTA is a recurring entity in this TV show which revolves around a family of galactic explorers sent out to explore the galaxy for the Transport Authority. Admirals Watson and Crick are high ranking members of the TTA repeatedly seen in the show and Commander Copernicus is its leader. The TTA logo is included in the designs of the main characters.
