The Wetro is one of the main forms of transportation in Element City, from the 2023 DisneyPixar animated feature film Elemental. The Wetro's train timetable is designed to look like the periodic table of elements.

The Wetro is also one of the places where the easter egg A113 appears. A113 is seen on the Wetro transit sign in the film's first teaser underneath the "Now Approaching" announcement. It is labeled as A H Al, which are labeled as elements from the periodic table. Despite the "A" not having its own representative element, "H" is labeled as the first (1) element, "Hydrogen", and "Al" is labeled as the thirteenth (13) element, "Aluminum". Therefore A H AI is actually A 1 13 in the periodic table, which is the reference to A113.

The Wetro is largely made of bridges and tunnels, and the Wetro Trains run on water which is contained in those bridges and tunnels. The Wetro Trains create showers of water below the bridges while they are running, sometimes causing an inconvenience for the Fire residents. Stations on the Wetro are usually above ground, and the new stations are all overground likely because of the flooding of Garden Central Station, which is the only underground station shown in the film, other than Air Stadium Station.

Stations[]

The Wetro covers the entire Element City. Here are a list of stations shown in the feature film:

  • Firetown Station - This station serves Firetown and it's residents, such as the Lumen family, Clod, Flarry, Flarrietta, and more.
Air Station

The Air Stadium Station exit, where Ember and Wade are walking to the Cyclone Stadium.

  • Air Stadium Station - This station mainly serves the Air residents and also is the closest station to the Cyclone Stadium, a stadium where Air elements play Air Ball.
  • City Hall Station - This is where Ember Lumen chases Wade Ripple in an attempt to stop Wade from giving the citations to the City Hall and shut The Fireplace down. In the feature film, it is referred to as both City Hall and Element City station.
  • Garden Central Station - This is an abandoned station that is flooded. The Vivisteria Flowers are inside the flooded station, in an exhibit. Ember travels down to see the Vivisteria Flowers in an air bubble created by Gale Cumulus and propelled by Wade.
  • Mineral Lake Station - This is likely the station that was built in replacement of Garden Central Station. This is where Ember leaves Wade to return home and take over the shop after seeing the Vivisteria Flowers and touching Wade for the first time.
