"The Wolf of Jealousy" is the first segment of the ninth episode of the Disney Channel animated series StuGo.

Synopsis[]

Gold-Ridden Guilt! Larry must confront his jealousy or be consumed by it!

Plot[]

Larry shows off to the Mutants with minor tricks, while the rest of the kids turn Dr. Lullah's garbage into gold. He attempts to show them his, rather pathetic, attempt at cartwheeling, only for the Mutants to get distracted by Francis's flawless flips. Larry's stomach begins to growl, with Sara telling him that he is becoming jealous, something he attempts to deny. Chip accidentally turns Francis into gold, causing a Flounder Fish mutant to arrive and declare that Francis is the chosen one and has the mutants cart her off to take part in a series of rituals. Larry starts to grow more uncomfortable as Sara warns him about jealousy.

Despite her newfound attention, Francis maintains her aloofness and even defends Larry when the mutants threaten to harm him when he does not comply with their set up rituals. Larry begins to whine and complain about Francis's attention, pointing out that she famously doesn't like to be doted on, though Sara, and the rest of the Mutants, start to accuse Larry of his jealousy. When Francis is sitting atop a throne, a green demonic wolf, with emerald eyes, suddenly emerges from Larry. Sara steps up, announcing that they meet again, and summons a giant glowing cat creature with a diamond in its head.

The wolf and cat fight each other, breaking through the ground as they battle and shoot lasers at each other in a strange cavernous area. During the fight, the cat's diamond is destroyed, but Sara rips the wolf's eyes out and eats them, turning gold herself and flying herself and Larry out of the cave. As they reunite with everyone, Sara performs an impressive flip that causes the mutants to declare her the actual chosen one. All the events depicted are revealed to be a story made up by Sara who, convinced that Larry really was jealous, had him and everyone listen to her. Larry confirms that he was simply hungry, and Merian accuses Sara of being the jealous one.

Cast[]

Trivia[]

  • This entire episode is a fake story made up by Sara.
  • The jealousy monster is presented as a green eyed wolf, which declares itself as the green-eyed monster. A literal Green-Eyed Monster of Jealousy, portrayed as a wolf, was featured in the series Quack Pack.
