Theme song guy is a minor character in Disney's 2000 animated feature film The Emperor's New Groove. He is a singer and performer of the overture Perfect World.

Theme song guy first appears by emerging from the top of a wedding cake while singing Perfect World for emperor Kuzco. While singing, he's showing Kuzco that is performing a styled choreography inside the palace. The song is abruptly stopped after that Kuzco collide with a old man, accused to have thrown off the emperor's groove. After the old man is thrown out by a window, the theme song guy resumes his jingle to the end. The theme song guy appeared again at the movie's end for a reprise of Perfect World.

- Theme song guy is wearing a jumpsuit like Elvis Presley's iconic costume.
- He does not appear in the 2005 sequel Kronk's New Groove, but is replaced by a female version of the character singing the musical theme overture.
