  • Since they might put Mary Poppins, Tom Sawyer, Achilles, and Captain Ahab in Once Upon a Time, they should put in characters like Mr. Toad, Allan Quatermaine, Captain Nemo, The Invisible Man, Dorian Gray, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Puss in Boots, Long John Silver, Quasimodo and Winnie the Pooh in there.

    • I have got ideas once Frozen returns to Once Upon a Time. I would like Plarkerus the ogre (if Disney decides to create him) to appear in the series as the main antagonist of a 6th or 8th season.

That should cross over Big Hero 6 into Agents of Shield in the style of what they did with Frozen. Can't you jsut see it? They modeled the characters off of what they looked like in the movie and it tied VERY well with OUAT, to the point where it felt like a sequel

Yeah that is a very good idea

Me neither about Winnie the Pooh

    • Merida is already on the creators' wanted character list, right?

What about Zarina from The Pirate Fairy? We've already got Hook, and it'd be fun to see a rebellious sword-fighting fairy on the show.

        Loading editor
    • I don't know. But I think we need to see more of Robin Hood's life in Sherwood Forest, and maybe more of Rumplestiltskin's life as a little boy. I also think that Mickey Mouse and The Three Little Pigs ought to appear on the show, too.

        Loading editor
    • I'm not so sure about the Three Little Pigs. I don't see how they'd fit in.

Merida could tie in easy with Robin Hood's life. Maybe (GASP-A-THON IDEA) maybe Robin Hood learned archery in DunBroch from a certain red-haired warrior-princess! I can't remember him mentioning where he learned archery in the show, so it might be possible. Then again, he had a tiny role in S2 and I haven't seen S3, so I could be way off...

    • Well, the show is based on classical fairy tales and the story of The Three Little Pigs is a fairy-tale, so why not?

        Loading editor
    • Are they a fairy tale? I've never understood if they were a fairy tale or not. I just remember my mom telling it to me to get me to go to sleep. And then I'd have to wake her up because she nodded off mid-story.

        Loading editor
    • Yes, it is a fairy-tale: it has the words 'once upon a time' and 'happily ever after' used within it.

    • I'd really like to see Lion King on OUAT. I know most people would think that would mean alot of CGI characters, but not necesarily. If they could make humanized versions for Storybrooke, and if they have human actors play them it could work. But only if they do it well. Human Scar sounds interesting...

I'd also like to see The Hunchback of Notre Dame on OUAT as well. Let's see what havoc Frollo could cook up.

        Loading editor
    • I don't know much about The Hunchback of Notre Dame, so I guess it'd be interesting.

The Lion King would be interesting to adapt, but I'd love to see Timon and Pumbaa. :)

    • Definitely Merida!

I think that Hansel and Gretel should be there too.

Also, I think that they didn't show enough of Tinker Bell and Cinderella.

    • Anna, Elsa and the other charcters of Frozen should definetly return to Once Upon a Time, but this time, with Olaf appearing in the series. and maybe they could put the planned main antagonist for Frozen 2 in the series. The Wicked Troll

        Loading editor
    • Hansel and Gretal were in Season 1, remember?

Definitely, more Tink, and we need Merida. I want Ariel back as well, 'specially after she showed up in the Ursula episode! Since when can Elsa put ships in bottles? And why was Ariel in Arendelle, anyway?

        Loading editor
    • Thankfully we have Merida in it. And is played by Amy Manson.

I definetly wish Jeremy Sumpter was in Once Upon a Time to play Merida's love interest, whose name could be Karalt. He is a werebear who changes from a human to a bear whenever he wants and reverts back whenever he wants. He also has super bear powers and roars.

In fact I made him up since the release of Brave back in 2012. Hoping that if there was a Brave 2, they could possibly put him in it

    • I'm gonna be the odd fish out and pose the idea that Once Upon a Time should have the idea of finally canceling it

        Loading editor
    • What in the world are you talking about?

        Loading editor
    • I thought they were aiming for at least 6-8 seasons. Why cancel it when they're almost to their goal?

        Loading editor
    • Hey. What's going on here? Is the series ending soon? I hope not. Because I have a lot of ideas that could have been in OUAT for instance, having Jeremy Sumpter in the series as the love interest of Merida and a group of evil werebears trying to take over Storybrooke and then hunt down and kill Merida.

Oh. But that doesn't mean that the show will be canceled, right?

        Loading editor
    • Star Wars: The Clone Wars did the same thing, cancelling when it was in it's prime. And there are still fans severely upset about it almost two years later, myself included.

Logical move, quitting while they're at their best? Sure, why not. Smart move? Heck-to-the-no. I don't see Once ending anytime soon.

    • Then let's just keep talking about ideas for the series instead of talking about canceling the show.

    • Okay I'm gonna go out on a limb and say, Shrek and Fiona (I know they're not Disney, but they're still a fairy tale). They already have a connection per se to the world of OUAT since Fiona's parents made a deal with their version of Rumplestiltskin in fourth movie. They could just alter that deal a bit for the show, with the price being that Fiona has to live as an ogre by night.

They could also bring in characters like Donkey and Lord Farquadd, etc. Blue could substitute as the Fairy Godmother from the Shrek films. they could make a twist where Donkey is the father of Lily. It fits because Donkey married a dragon, and Maleficent is a dragon.

Are you saying Donkey marrierd Maleficent then? Now that is funny, so funny in fact, imagine Lily's father being a donkey. Also I know Shrek is still a fairytale, but I don't think the company of Dreamworks can do that. SInce it's a very much different and is very far from Disney

    • They should have Jungle Book characters, Lion King characters and Tarzan characters in this show. I have my own ideas for the roles of the characters.

Kevin James-Baloo. I thought it'll be the good idea to have comedian in this show. John Rhy-Davies-Bagheera Miguel Ferrer-Shere Khan Gary Oldman-Kaa Kevin Micheal Richardson-King Louie. Because he is one the great voice actors and I thought he could do him. Brian Blessed-Col. Hathi Will Smith-Adult Simba Keith David-Mufasa Kevin Micheal Richardson-Scar. I thought he should have the cool and menacing voice in this show. Morgan Freeman-Rafiki Mr. T-Kerchak. I thought he'll be the good voice of the tough and aggressive gorilla. I also thought of him to be a villain in this show.

I haven't thought of the roles for Mowgli, the vultures, the wolves, Nala, Kiara, Zira, Tarzan, Jane, Kala and other gorillas.

    • I also thought of Rumplestilkin to be a crocodile when he meets the animals because Captain Hook calls him the crocodile. I do think the animals should be CGI in this show like Ursula's tentacles, Maleficent in dragon form and Merida in bear form.

I also want Rumple to turn into the Beast (the big furry, horned, buck teeth, lovable monster we all know and love) since he is also inspired by him.

Speaking of Merida in her bear form, I think her appearance was almost like Mor'du, rather than a clean black bear like Elinor was in Brave, instead of dirty, disfigured and scarred black bear. If Mor'du was in Once Upon a Time as the villain of the first half of the season, I would like Merida, Emma, Henry, Regina and Rumple to fight him and defeat him. With Merida being on her bear form at first, until the effects of the potion wears off and now has to fight him as a human

Disney does have that  distribution deal with Dreamworks though (even though it is ending), so Shrek could be incorporated. The show has done a bit of One Flew over the cuckoo's nest by including Nurse Ratched and possibly another character in the form of the Mop paitient and that wasn't Disney

Well, it can be a little weird since both Jeremy Sumpter and Robbie Kay played the same role. But since OUAT's version of Peter Pan is a villain, so I think it won't matter as long JS plays a much better role in the series and maybe even surpassing his Pan role by playing Merida's love interest

There are rumors that Hades is going to be the villian for the second half of Season 5. Apparently the "Distinguished Gentleman" is believed to be him. People are thinking that with alot of dead characters coming back for the 100th episode, "Souls of the Departedthe show is going to be taken to the Underworld, where Hades resides, and the souls of dead villians will return.

I also got some ideas for his character. His character's name could be Karalt, and he is a werebear (a person who turns into a bear whenever he wants) who has been tasked by Mor'du the demon bear to hunt down and kill Merida for supposedly killing the boy's mother and bringing misery and disgrace to his family. His two sisters and his three cousins were helping him in his quest. But as he spent too much time with her and telling her about the tale of his mother's death, Karalt realized that his family was wrong about her. But one of his sisters, the youngest one with blonde hair, Lormiah was not convinced. Her anger, jealousy and hatred towards Merida were so strong, that she still wanted to kill the redhead. Her sister and cousins stood by her side, since she took over her brother's leadership. Karalt had to save Merida from his own sister and Mor'du. A large argument ensued between Lormiah, Merida and Karalt. His sister wasn't about to give up her evil plan. With the help of Emma, Regina, Hook and the some of the other Storybrooke heroes, Merida and Karalt were able to stop Lormiah and the werebears and were thrown into jail in the Sheriff's Department and later Lormiah and one of her cousins, Jermaro, the dimwitted but muscle of the group and her loyal spy, were to be interrogated and they could be released and go home until Mor'du is defeated.

Lormiah glared and sneered at Merida and Emma, chuckling saying that they will never be able to defeat the demon bear. She also glared at Karalt who was also interrogating her for the crime.

Sometime later, Lormiah also wanted to kill Belle and Rumple for some reason. And also Emma. But Merida was able to fight her off thanks to Karalt's magic

    • What about the fairytale of the Princess and the Pea? OUAT could make that interesting.

The Swan Princess would be cool too, but I feel that they may have indirectly used Emma as that (her last name is Swan and she is a princess).

Others that could work if they use good CGI or human counterparts for the animals: Goldilocks and the Three Bears, The Three Little Pigs.

Also, not sure if it's a fairy tale, but maybe the story of Rip Van Winkle?
