  • Here's a petition I did last year:

The DuckTales: Remastered game is amazing, since it has the original NES gameplay and the voice acting from the show, and I have imagined some more Disney/Capcom games being remastered in HD they need to make.

Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers: Remastered: It should be like the DuckTales game, having its original gameplay from the Rescue Rangers NES games and the voice acting from the show (it's possible to bring back Jim Cummings' role as both Fat Cat and Professor Nimnul).

Disney's Magical Quest: Remastered: Same thing, but at least put in new outfits, new levels, and a multi-player mode (up to 4-players) to play as either Mickey, Minnie, Donald, or Daisy.

    Sign the petition here

    • Same here I really liked DuckTales remastered.

    • For Ducktales 2 it should be both new, and remastered with Merlock as the main villain.

    • I'd like one thing to be added to the list:

That Little Mermaid game (particularly the NES/Game Boy game) needs to be remastered. Its gameplay should overall be similar to those versions, but it will need some alterations:

First, make the game a prequel, like have Ariel be a child in this one. In fact, make the plotline somewhat similar to Mega Man ZX (which was also made by Capcom), and include some gameplay elements from the same game. Also, keep Ursula as the villain, but effectively have her cover her origins (though not her banishment), and heck, actually focus on why she actually has that ability of stealing souls and turning them into polyps. Oh, and hint that there's a greater evil behind Ursula's actions akin to Model W/Master Albert and Serpent. Maybe also focus on the origins of that nautilus necklace and have it be connected to said greater evil.

Other than that, agreed, though I'm not sure whether to sign the petition or not.

    • If Goof Troop: Remastered ever got made, I think Max should be aged up to his "Goofy Movie" age (high school) and voiced by Jason Marsden.

Also, if there's one thing that bugged me about the original Goof Troop SNES video game, it was that a 16-bit rendition theme song wasn't used anywhere in the entire game! It dosen't make sense! If the other Disney Afternoon video games (including the Capcom ones) could have 8 and 16-bit renditions of the show's theme songs, why couldn't Goof Troop?

    • How about Disney buying Capcom? Not only they could remastered classic Disney games, but could revive classic Capcom games, revive the Epic Mickey series, and make new Capcom, Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel games even making well a cgi animated Mega Man film to be part of the Walt Disney Animation canon.

Maybe it's because the game is set in the ocean and not where Goofy, Max, Pete, and PJ live.

I think they should, and I'm surprised they haven't done that yet.

It would be cool for a 16 bit rendition of the Goof Troop theme, but if there is one a Goof Troop game that would be distributed by Capcom, it should be a Grand Theft Auto meets LEGO City Undercover, Batman: Arkham, Shenmue and Insomniac's Spider-Man based on Goof Troop that is the sequel to An Extremely Goofy Movie. Imagine San Andreas-style Dance Parties with Max Goof dressed up as Powerline. Or Fight scenes in the vein of Tekken meets Street Fighter. Also, imagine Roxanne and Debbie being playable too, since fans would love to see a Female Playable Character in a typical GTA game.
