So, in today's world where we have streaming video and stuff, is the Disney Vault really worth being around?

They probably bought the Lion King Blu-ray that had the digital copies before it went into the vault.

The digital copies usually work with Disney Movies Anywhere.
I have found it rather ridiculous how you can't get these Disney Vault movies unless they are out of the vault. They don't even play them on TV. Remember when some of these video releases that came out in October a certain year and then gone by January 31st or April 30th, and difficult to see until years later? I mean, what is the point of making these great animated films if they're barely going to let people see them? Doesn't the company want to see their beloved Disney Vault classics? Isn't that the whole idea?

Maybe the company will start doing theatrical limited engagements again.
Perhaps even though some films are in the vault they could be available On Demand via the Disney Family Moive channel ? I think Alice In Wonderland and Oliver & Copamy are in the Vault yet they're available this week.
Maybe that'll be another way to locate Lion King and some of the other titles you're looking for?
No, both are readily available on DVD and Blu-Ray.

The digital copy codes of The Lion King on YouTube are blocked by people who owned it on Blu-ray 3D so no one can use it for Disney Movies Anywhere
