  • So I was watching Frozen and heard how Kristoff thinks reindeer(s) are better than people. The song reveals that he doesn't really trust anybody except Sven. In his song, he (or "Sven") says that "...people will beat you and curse you and cheat you, everyone of them is bad, except you."  I then wondered what caused him to have a mistrust for other human beings, and if his parents' death (assuming that they died) is somehow associated with his mistrust of others. What do you think caused Kristoff to mistrust others?

Well, if there is a sequel. Personally, I would like to see a sequel to Frozen, as long as it doesn't end up being like the other Disney sequels. I know that making a sequel to Frozen would be a laborious task, and that coming up with a new plot would also prove to be difficult, but, I don't know, it feels as if we haven't seen the end of Frozen yet... if that makes sense ;)

Frozen ended perfectly. I think a sequel is completely unnecessary. I don't mind a short film though.. That's why I'm gonna see Frozen Fever in 2015.

    • I actually have an idea of how Kristoff's childhood could of went down, which also involves a new character for a possible sequel.

You know, ever since I first watched Frozen, I actually felt as if Frozen could possibly have a sequel. I think it has potenial, but then again, it is a very risky move.

    • Kristoff's parents were probably murdered. That is probably why he does not trust people. He may not even trust Elsa.

True. However, I'm sure he trusts Elsa now. He was afraid of Elsa at first, but soon got to know her some more and came to trust her.

I would never trust Elsa if I were him. I would use the opportunity of being around Elsa to gather critical information on her. Kristoff could be like some sort of spy with Elsa since he is so close to her.

    • Well, Kristoff is basically an ice harvester, so there there's no point in gathering information about the royal sisters unless he wants to exploit them. Secondly, he wouldn't want to exploit them as he is an ally of theirs. He has witnessed the events of the film, including Elsa's interaction with Anna. He knows how much Anna cares about Elsa and how much Elsa cares about Anna. He understands their relationship and he understands Elsa. He surely trusts Elsa, especially after the events of Frozen Fever.

He may want to gather information to report back to his fellow common citizens. He may want to depose Elsa. I would use the relationship with Anna to gain an inside look on the occult lifestyle of Elsa.
