  • I remembered that Kingdom Hearts articles need some work because it's just using too much stuff borrowed from KH Wiki, so I started to work on a character article. But I was thinking, would it not make more sense to put each characters appearance in the game chronologically by the storyline?

For instance, Roxas's page currently goes like this:

    • Kingdom Hearts
    • Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
    • Kingdom Hearts II
    • Kingdom Hearts coded
    • Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
    • Dream Drop Distance

That's in the order from which the game was released. But chronologically by his actual existence, it would be something like:

    • Kingdom Hearts
    • Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
    • Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
    • Kingdom Hearts II
    • Kingdom Hearts coded
    • Dream Drop Distance

So, which should I be doing, and which format should we be using for other character pages?

      Exactly.

Okay, good. I think so, too. Thanks for your help!

    • Hey, sorry to butt in, but all appearances characters go by is by the order of release, not chronological by storyline.

It's not butting in, I opened it in the forum instead of just someone's wall for a reason, it's okay!

Then if that's how it's supposed to go, then I suppose that's how it has to be.

To be honest, though, I think that policy should be changed for things like video games though, or at least Kingdom Hearts. For Kingdom Hearts, not every title is a sequel to another. Half of the titles are inbetween or before previous ones, so it's kind of hard to document in a sensible way. That's probably why KH Wiki has it chronologically by storyline, as well.
