It's me again, your recent uploads of Hans and Kristoff are not offical materials they are fan made like the Anna and Elsa ones you may have found. I have seen them on DeviantART, I have seen the artist's account and Facebook account.
Remember fan art is not permitted and even though this stuff looks like the real thing, its not, which is why you need to research on these things.
