Tia Dashon Mowry is a German-born American actress. She was best known for her role as Tia Landry in the ABC/WB sitcom Sister, Sister (opposite her identical twin sister, Tamera Mowry).
For Disney, she played Alexandra Nicole Fielding/Artemis DuBaer in the Disney Channel Original Movie Twitches and its sequel Twitches Too, as well as Venetia in The Hot Chick. She also starred in the NickMom/Nick at Nite sitcom Instant Mom, now hosting her cooking show called Tia Mowry at Home. Additionally, she played Barbara Rutledge in the final season of the ABC mystery drama series Mistresses.
