Tick Tock the Crocodile is a double-sider from the 1953 movie: Peter Pan. The hungry saltwater crocodile is neutral because he's a carnivore and he does have to eat whatever he can get, no matter who the victim is. But he's a good guy, he mostly wants to eat Never Land's most dangerous threat: Captain Hook.
History
Long ago, Peter pan cut off Captain Hook's hand and fed it to the Crocodile. The Tick Tock Crocodile thought it was so delicious, he wanted to eat the rest of Captain Hook. And he's been following the wicked pirate ever since to try and eat him. Luckily, he swallowed Captain Hook's alarm clock, and now he makes a tick tock sound whenever he is nearby. He does play an important role in defeating Captain Hook.
Peter Pan
Tick Tock Croc first appears when Captain Hook is going to be shaved, but is shooed off by Smee. When Captain hook kidnaps the Indian princess Tiger Lily to reveal Peter Pan's hiding place, Peter Pan and the pirate sword fight each other, until Hook dangles by a cliff. Tick-Tock attacks Captain Hook, giving Peter less of a struggle to rescue the princess. And of course, Tick-Tock has a part in the climatic battle against Captain Hook. He chases Captain Hook away from Never Land.
