Tiffany Lian Espensen is a Chinese-American actress, who voiced Ginger Hirano in the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb from Season 1 to Season 3. She also did Alyssa, Carina, and Joon Kim in the Disney Jr. animated series Special Agent Oso, as well as Samantha in the Disney Channel live-action series Hannah Montana (episode: "Achey Jakey Heart: Part 1") and the CBS/ABC Studios TV show Criminal Minds, Innocent Girl in Zeke and Luther, and Kelly in Good Luck Charlie. She co-starred in the Disney XD show Kirby Buckets as Belinda. Additionally, she played Cindy Moon in Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Infinity War and voiced Rama and Heng Heng in The Lion Guard.
