"Time Wounds All Heels" is the twenty-seventh episode of Bonkers.

Synopsis

Convict Max Cootie, a man sentenced 20 years ago, is released from prison and wants to get even with Piquel. Piquel frantically tries to protect himself. Rather than exact revenge on Piquel, Max is filled with gratitude for helping him reform.
