Times Square Studios is the daytime television arm of the ABC Entertainment Group, itself a division of the Disney-ABC Television Group. Times Square Studio is run by Vicki Dummer who serves as vice-president of the unit.

Named after the facilities of the same name, Times Square Studios was created in December 2011 to oversees the operations of ABC Daytime and the syndication daytime programming distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Times Square Studios focus mainly in non-scripted television shows.

The syndicated talk show Live with Kelly, produced by WABC-TV, is part of the ABC Owned Television Stations division and does not fall under the umbrella of Times Square Studios, despite being distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television.
