Timothy David Olyphant is an American actor, who made his acting debut in an off-Broadway theater in 1995. He then branched out to film; in the early years of his career, he was often cast in supporting villainous roles, most notably in Scream 2, Go, and The Girl Next Door. Along with those, he is also best known for his roles as Agent 47 in Hitman, Thomas Gabriel in Live Free or Die Hard, Seth Bullock in the TV show Deadwood, and Joel Hammond in the Netflix series Santa Clarita Diet.
For Disney, he played Detective Drycoff in the 2000 Touchstone Pictures film Gone in 60 Seconds and Henri in the 2011 DreamWorks/Touchstone Pictures film I Am Number Four. He also played Cobb Vanth in the Star Wars series: The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, both released on Disney+. He will portray Kirsh in the 2025 FX TV series Alien: Earth.
