Anna Mae Bullock, known by her stage name Tina Turner, is an American-born Swiss singer and actress, whose career has spanned more than fifty years, earning her widespread recognition and numerous awards. She is probably best known for her singles: "We Don't Need Another Hero (Thunderdome)", "Typical Male", "The Best", "I Don't Wanna Fight", and "GoldenEye", for the 1995 James Bond film of the same name.

For Disney, she contributed the song "Great Spirits" in the 2003 Disney animated feature film, Brother Bear and performed "He Lives in You" in the international release of The Lion King II: Simba's Pride and the compilation album The Lion King Collection.

She was played by Angela Bassett in the 1993 Touchstone Pictures film, What's Love Got to Do With It.
