Todd is a minor antagonist of the Disney Channel Original Movie Under Wraps and its remake. He is a fellow classmate of Marshall, Gilbert Anderson, and Amy.

Todd is shown to be a timid person. It is implied, through Amy, that he is actually not that well liked of a person, a situation that is most likely his own fault. He has an interest in Amy and he has apparently attempted to ask her out before, only to be harshly turned down.
Remake[]
Todd is a bully, especially towards Marshall and Gilbert. Due to an accident, Todd has held a grudge against Marshall, meaning that he is a very vengeful young boy. He is also not very bright, as he was easily duped by Amy into thinking that the candy that he swiped from Marshall could lead to intestinal problems.
