Plot

Wolfie trains Oso to drive a speedboat to the dock on the other side of a bay while avoiding a sand bar. Meanwhile, a boy in Belize named Raphael and his friends are unsure of how to play the game "Duck, Duck, Goose". So it's up to Oso to show them how.

• The episode's title is a reference to the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies.
