Anthony Paul "Tony" Bancroft is an American Disney animator and director from the Long Beach, California area, who is best known for directing the movie Mulan (alongside Barry Cook). He stayed with Disney for about twelve years, and is mainly an animator for Walt Disney Animation. He also has a twin brother, Tom Bancroft, who also has a Disney animation history.

Outside of Disney, Bancroft serves as voice director of the 2019 animated film Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs.
