Anthony Russell "Tony" Hale is an American actor and comedian. He is known for his role as Buster Bluth in the Fox comedy series Arrested Development. Since 2012, he has played Gary Walsh on the HBO comedy Veep, for which he won the 2013 and 2015 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

For Disney, he voiced Doctor Undergear in Jake and the Never Land Pirates, the sports car in the Pickle and Peanut episode "Funwagon", and Tobias the Elf in the Doc McStuffins episode "A Very McStuffins Christmas". He will provide the voice of Forky in Toy Story 4. He voiced the Pie King in the final season of Star vs. the Forces of Evil.
