The Toucan is a minor character from Disney's 1951 animated feature film Alice in Wonderland. The Toucan is mostly known as the an upside-down toucan, Dodo and the Queen of Hearts use as boat.

Alice in Wonderland[]
The Toucan was first seen as Alice was floating on the sea in a bottle, were he was used by the Dodo as boat and being propelled forth by a the Hawk from behind. On the shore, the Toucan was seen in the caucus race. This race involved running around until one gets dry, but the attempts were hampered by incoming waves. While in the race, Alice lands on floor, causing him to walk over her. When she gets up, he pushes her, since she’s in her way. But, when a wave comes in their way, Alice lands on his beak and continues going.
Near the end of the film, the Toucan reappears in another caucus race, continuing to push Alice. After, the caucus race is over he and the Hawk help the Queen of Hearts, to catch up with Alice. Then as Alice leaves Wonderland, she wakes up, her adventure in Wonderland was all a dream, as she is woken up by her sister.
