A similarly themed restaurant could be found at Disneyland Park (Paris), under the name Buzz Lightyear's Pizza Planet Restaurant, but it was closed on August 2016.
The restaurant was located opposite Muppet*Vision 3D in a space that was originally a film props exhibit called Studio Showcase, which featured costumes and props from The Rocketeer, Honey, I Blew Up the Kid and The Nightmare Before Christmas. It then became an arcade with no specific theme simply called the Studio Arcade before it finally became Pizza Planet.
The restaurant offered pizza and salad fast-food meals, while the arcade was a haven for kids looking for a brief respite from running around the parks. Old-time favorites like Skee-Ball were here, along with video games and even "The Claw", where guests can test their skill to see if they can grab a small stuffed toy.
Disneyland Paris version
In Disneyland Paris, the restaurant opened in 1997 as a counter service restaurant and was transformed into a all-you-can-eat-buffet restaurant in 2010. Before that time, in 1996, the restaurant was called Explorer’s Club and featured a space theme. During its counter service time, the restaurant sold the Pizza Burger, an Euro Disney SCA patented product which combines a hamburger on a pizza bun. A small play area for the kids is located in the back of the restaurant.
