Tri-County Sanitation is a sanitation company that owns garbage trucks. The logo appears on the side and on the side doors of every garbage truck in the 2010 Disney/Pixar animated film Toy Story 3. Notable employees include Sid Phillips and another garbage man. Most of the trucks in Tri-County Sanitation are either Front Loaders or Rear Loaders.

Toy Story 3[]
When Woody is trying to rescue his toy friends, who had been put in a garbage bag by Andy and taken outside by his mom (after she mistook them for trash), a garbage truck with the Tri-County Sanitation logo sticker pulls up. Sid, the garbage man, then gets out, listening to his headphones and happily scatting to the music, and proceeds to dispose of the bags left on the sidewalk, gleefully banging the trash cans and his truck as well.
Later, outside the daycare at dawn, Woody, the rest of the gang, and Lotso are at the dumpster when another garbage truck with the same sticker (this time a Front Loader) approaches them. Just before it arrives, Woody is pulled into the dumpster by Lotso and as the contents of it start pouring into the truck, the others were trying to open the dumpster to save Woody but were knocked off the dumpster and into the truck which takes them to the Tri-County Landfill where they are all dumped out.
Later on that morning, when Lotso tries to escape from the dump, another truck with the same logo sticker pulls up, and another garbage man gets out and finds him next to his truck's tire after he stops. He picks him up, claiming he has once owned a Lots-O'-Huggin'-Bear as a kid. Sticking to his love for him (as well as his strawberry scent), he then straps him to the grill of his truck with a few other decaying toys he has also collected and drives off.
