Tyson Monroe is a supporting character from Disney's 2022 animated/live-action feature film, Disenchanted. He is Malvina Monroe’s son and Morgan Philip’s boyfriend. When he is infected by Giselle’s wish to live a fairytale life and Monroeville turns into Monrolasia, he is transformed into its prince, as his mother is the queen.
Tyson is introduced as Malvina's son who has won the annual Monroeville Monroe-fest Prince three years in a row. At Morgan's first day at Monroeville Preparatory School, he saves her from being shoved by some mean girls. He is apparently overwhelmed by his mother.
After Giselle makes a wish on the Andalasian Wand of Wishing for a fairytale life transforming Monroeville into Monrolasia, Tyson becomes the Prince of Monrolasia, and is immediately taken in by Morgan, who has become a scullery maid, and invites her to dance with him at the festival that evening. Later that evening, when Morgan does not show, he is bored with the festivities and leaves, but not before seeing Morgan with Queen Nancy of Andalasia and offering the former a ride on his horse to the ball to save Giselle and Monrolasia. He attempts to stop his mother, now an evil queen, but to no avail. He and Robert attempt to stop the clock from striking midnight by jamming their swords into the clock tower's gears, but Malvina catches them.
The next morning, when everything turns back to normal, everyone in Monroeville (except Morgan and Giselle) believe the previous day to be a dream. Some time later, Tyson and Morgan begin dating, to Giselle's delight and to Malvina's chagrin.

Trivia[]
Originally, he was going to have a love duet with Morgan titled "Something Different This Year", which would have showcased Stewart's rapping skills. While it was cut from the film, it appears on the soundtrack album as a demo with Stewart and Baldacchino's vocals and a synthesized orchestra.
His royal outfit bears resemblance to Prince Eric's royal outfit.
Kolton Stewart, the actor who played Tyson in the film, previously participated as Zelly from the Disney+ film Sneakerella. Coincidentally, both Disenchanted and Sneakerella were released in the same year.
