Uma Karuna Thurman is an American actress and model.
For Disney, she played Daphne McBain in the 1990 Touchstone Pictures film Where the Heart Is, Mia Wallace in the 1994 Miramax Films film Pulp Fiction, Beatrix Kiddo/The Bride in the 2003 Miramax film Kill Bill: Volume 1 and its 2004 sequel Kill Bill: Volume 2, and Joy in A Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa. She also voiced Kushana in the English dub of Studio Ghibli's Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. Additionally, she played Roxanne Martel in Hollywood Stargirl.
