Trivia[]
- This episode is a parody of the Jordan Peele film, Us.
- Pistachio mentions Dr. Carver, who was the villain of The Proud Family Movie.
- This episode retcons the movie by revealing that the events of said film was just a dream. Trudy mentions "those clones again" and Penny adds that she "didn't have a driver's license", referring to two major plot points from the original film.
- Due to the amount of time it takes to animate an episode of the show, Zoey refers to the football team that plays in Washington as the Washington Football Team, which was its temporary name from 2020 until 2022, when it was officially renamed as the Washington Commanders.
- Twice in the episode, Oscar breaks the fourth wall to ask "Bruce" to put something he didn't mean to say out loud into a thought bubble. "Bruce" is in reference to Bruce W. Smith, the creator of the show.
- The clone versions of each of the characters are very polar opposites:
- Maya's clone is anti-environment and uses gas.
- Dijonay and LaCienega's clones switch personalities.
- Michael's clone is straight and dating Maya.
- The clone version of Olei Gross speaks, but she speaks with Nubia's voice.
- All of the Gross Sisters' clones wear brighter clothing and instead of demanding cash, they ask for cash to invest in their cryptocurrency.
- Kareem's clone is more into basketball.
- KG's clone plays a keyboard version of the cello and has a crush on Dijonay.
- Myron's clone is somehow allowed to drive a car and vote despite being only 14.
- Wizard Kelly's clone is nicer toward Oscar and even gives him a big bag of money.
- Papi's clone speaks English while Suga Mama's clone speaks Spanish (just like her clone in The Proud Family Movie).
- Zoey's parents' clones are fans of the Washington Football Team, even though her real parents are fans of the Las Vegas Raiders.
- Penny's clone speaks with a Valley Girl accent (unlike her version in the movie where she speaks with a monotone voice).
- BeBe's clone speaks with a much deeper voice (Keith David reprising his role from The Proud Family Movie).
- Second time Papi spoke English, after "Suga Mama's Believers". Although in that episode, his English lines were provided by his regular voice actor, Álvaro Gutierrez. Here, his English voice is provided by Daran Norris.
- Zoey and her clone do a version of the Marx Brothers' mirror gag from the film, Duck Soup.
