This is an idea for a hypothetical extended cut of Disney's centenary short: Once Upon a Studio, in which a number of Princes and Princesses are shown to have a greater role in restoring the morale of all the other Disney characters following Goofy's botched first attempt at taking the group photo. It would also contain a new epilogue scene set the following day (October 17, 2023), hosted by Mickey, Cinderella, Prince Charming, and a number of other characters. Moana's father Chief Tui would also be present and Mufasa would also make a cameo in ghost form, along with Yo Yo Flamingo and the Spring Sprite from Fantasia 2000.

Soundtrack[]

This extended version of OUAS would have a fuller orchestral score recorded by a 111-piece in-house orchestra called the Wonderland Symphony, along with a small rock ensemble of 2 electric guitars, an acoustic guitar, an electric bass and a drum kit. While David Metzger would return as composer, the score would be orchestrated by Conrad Pope, who has frequently collaborated with both John Williams and Alan Silvestri since the late 1980s.

The climax would involve a longer and even more epic rendition of "When You Wish Upon a Star", performed by the entire cast, with Cinderella now starting the song and Rapunzel accompanying on her guitar (instead of Alan-a-Dale). It would include group and solo performances by Cinderella and Prince Charming, Belle and the Beast, Quasimodo, Pocahontas, Snow White, Mowgli and Baloo, Jiminy Cricket, Fairy Godmother, Asha, Ariel and Eric, Aladdin and Jasmine, Rapunzel and Eugene and Tarzan and Jane. The climax of this rendition would feature the entire cast singing the final verse proudly as a unified chorus, before Cinderella and Prince Charming gently sing the first line of "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" to the audience, followed by Rapunzel and Eugene singing the first line of the chorus to "I See the Light", and Aladdin and Jasmine doing the same for "A Whole New World", before the entire cast triumphantly sings the final line one more time, as the photo is finally created.

WDAS4K

(After the short Walt Disney Animation Studios logo, the screen fades to and from black to reveal the Roy E. Disney Animation Building, located in the Walt Disney Studios. As the people inside the building leave, we fade to inside as a female intern can be seen walking with Burny Mattison.)

Intern: It's so incredible to think that Walt started Disney Animation one hundred years ago today.

(The camera right rotates as she continues talking to Burny while they exit the building)

To think of all those talented artists and wonderful characters who have been a part of the studio over the years.

Burny Mattison: Yep. (Turns to the screen with the intern) If these walls could talk.

(They turn away and exit as the camera rotates right. The title fades in and fades out as the camera stops at a picture frame of Mickey and Minnie Mouse from "Mickey's Birthday Party". The camera slowly zooms in on the picture frame, and the mice suddenly come to life.)

Mickey (Whispering): Psst, Tink!

(Screen cuts to a hallway)

Mickey (Off-screen): Tinker Bell. You there?

(Peter Pan's theme plays as Tinker Bell flies to the picture of Mickey and Minnie)

Mickey (On-screen): Is that it? They all gone?

(Tinker Bell nods)

Oh boy! (Jumps out of his picture frame) Come on, Minnie! (Minnie jumps out from the same frame and holds Mickey's hands) This is it!

Minnie: Let's get the gang! (Places her hand to her mouth and calls out) Yoo-hoo!

(Minnie's "Yoo-hoo!" echoes through the halls as we cut to Tiana from "The Princess and the Frog" in her picture frame)

Tiana: (Gasps) There's the signal. (Jumps out of her frame) Alright, y'all! (Claps) It's picture time!

(Pinocchio sticks his head out from his frame)

Pinocchio: That's tonight?

Tiana: That's now.

(Screen cuts to the picture of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde from "Zootopia", with Judy coming out of the picture frame.)

Judy: One hundred year [100-year] group photo. And the sun's going down. (Jumps out of the frame, with Nick following her.) Come on. Let's hop to it!

Nick: Ooh, a bunny pun. (Chuckles) Gotta like that.

(Louis the Alligator from "The Princess and the Frog" pops out while blowing his trumpet. Screen cuts to Mickey running down the hall from left to right while calling out to the characters from "Bambi")

Mickey: Picture time, guys!

(Bambi, Thumper, and Flower jump out of their picture frames)

Young Thumper: (Chuckles) Okay! Here we come!

(The camera follows Bambi, Thumper, and Flower moving right as they laugh. They stop at the picture of Bernard, Bianca, and Orville from "The Rescuers" and Thumper taps his foot. Orville suddenly flies out of the picture frame with Bernard and Bianca riding on his back. We cut to Minnie with Bolt, Mittens, and Rhino from "Bolt" as they watch Orville slide across the screen from right to left.)

Rhino: (Jumps from inside his hamster ball) Awesome!

(Minnie, Bolt, Mittens, and Rhino look up to see Peter Pan flying above them while crowing.)

Minnie (Calling up): Oh, Peter! (Peter flies up to Minnie) Get the folks upstairs!

Peter Pan: Aye aye, captain! Come on, everybody! Here we go!

(The camera follows Peter, Wendy, John, and Michael flying down the hallway and up to the ceiling. To the beat of "You Can Fly!" playing in the bacgkround, they all plunge down one by one as Peter screeches his second rooster crow. The camera flies upstairs to reveal Sisu from "Raya and the Last Dragon" emerging from the halls. Jim Hawkins from "Treasure Island" flies down the hallway while riding his Solar Surf Board.)

Jim Hawkins: WHOO-HOO!

(Maui from "Moana" emerges from his picture frame)

Maui: It's Maui time!

(Maui turns into his eagle form and the camera follows him flying down the halls)

Maui (Eagle form) (While flying right): We're meeting in the lobby!

Aladdin (While sliding down the railing): Okay, see ya there!

(Aladdin lands on one of the rolling boulders and slips left out of the shot. Vanellope from "Wreck-it Ralph" drives down the hall with Dodger from "Oliver & Company" in the passenger’s seat.)

Vanellope (Driving her racecar): WHOO-HOO!

(Dodger howls behind Vanellope and when they drive right out of the shot. After passing by the smoke trail, Cody from "The Rescuers" is shown being carried by Elliot from "Pete's Dragon" as he flies him.)

Cody (Happily laughing): Whoa! Higher!

(As Elliot flies Cody up, Moana comes down all covered in water, with Flounder from "The Little Mermaid" landing in her hands.)

Flounder (Losing oxygen): Water.

(As Moana rushes right out of the shot, we cut over to the coffee station where Merlin, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, The March Hare, The Mad Hatter, and Lucille Krunklehorn are at. Merlin is shown levitating Mrs. Potts with his magic rod.)

Cogsworth: No-no-no! There's no time for tea!

Moana: (Rushes up to Merlin) Merlin, a little help?

Merlin: Oh! Uh, oh, ah. (Raises his rod and casts a spell) Chapeauious Bowlious!

(Magic dust hits the Mad Hatter's hat off, filling it up with water. Moana puts Flounder in the hat while a penguin butler from "Mary Poppins" passes by.)

Mad Hatter: (Chuckles) Oh waiter, there's a carp in my cap.

(As the Mad Hatter laughs at his own joke, we cut to Stromboli from "Pinocchio" ranting in Italian over the food vending machine not working. Anna and Elsa from "Frozen" walk past him as the camera follows them.)

Anna: Yikes! Do you think all villains will show up?

Elsa: Hmm. (Freezes Hans as he's about to emerge from his picture frame) Not all.

(As Hans strains himself, we cut to Donald Duck at the elevator. The elevator opens to reveal Carl from "Meet the Robinsons", Terk from "Tarzan", Mother Gothel from "Tangled", Humphrey the Bear, and Ranger Woodlore. Carl lets Donald enter with an "after you" gesture.)

Carl: Going down?

(Carl presses the button, only for the group to be stopped by Flash's voice.)

Flash (Off-screen): Hold the...

(Screen flies left to reveal Flash slowly walking right)

Flash (On-screen): elevator.

Donald: Huh?

(Donald angrily grumbles and we cut to Olaf from "Frozen" drawing at a desk)

Olaf (Muttering): ♪I'm in the mood to help you, dude.♪

(A lost boy flies past the doorway, then Timon calls out to Olaf while riding on Pumbaa's back.)

Timon: Hey, Frosty! Shake a leg, will ya?

Olaf: The leg won't make a difference. It's all in the wrist.

(The Genie from "Aladdin" emerges from the paper, which scares Olaf, causing him to fall apart after hitting the floor.)

Genie: Oi! I haven't seen a fall like that since Rome. (Magically fixes Olaf, who chuckles after being restored.) Oh! Much better.

(We cut to the dressing room where Gaston singing his own theme song to the mirror, with Prince John from "Robin Hood" adjusting King Richard's crown on his head, Thomas O'Malley from "The Aristocats" licking his paw, Milo Thatch from the "Atlantis" franchise adjusting his bowtie, Chicken Little from "Chicken Little" combing his cowlick, Happy from "Snow White" brushing his beard, and the Headless Horseman from "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad" adjusting his neck and cape.)

Gaston (To himself): ♪Every guy here would love to be you, Gaston.♪

(Gaston kisses his muscle and chuckles to himself, until he sees the Cheshire Cat's eyes and mouth emerge. The Cheshire Cat's teeth play a harmonica sound, confusing Gaston.)

Gaston (Confused): Huh?

(The Cheshire Cat becomes visible and laughs. The door opens from behind the boys, and the camera flies down revealing Minnie covering her eyes with her hand as a way of not invading their privacy.)

Minnie (While covering her eyes): Let’s move it, gentlemen!

(We cut to Christopher Robin, Kanga, and Eeyore all helping pull out Winnie the Pooh, who is stuck inside his picture frame.)

Pooh: (Grunts) Oh, help! And bother.

(The camera rotates right as Antonio from "Encanto" skips down the hall with Meeko from "Pocahontas" Pua from "Moana", and the two bluebirds from "Cinderella". Pascal from "Tangled" is shown riding on Antonio's right shoulder, with Cri-kee from "Mulan riding his left shoulder.)

(Pua snorts and Meeko chitters while walking)

Antonio: Uh-huh. Meet me in the lobby. (Stops moving) Don't eat those.

(The camera quickly rotates right to reveal Joanna from "The Rescuers Down Under" about to eat Jaq and Gus from "Cinderella". Pluto barks from behind Joanna and Joanna jumps out of the shot. Gus laughs and Jaq sticks his thumb up to Pluto.)

Jaq: Zuk, zuk!

(We cut to the dalmatian puppies from "101 Dalmatians" watching the "Night on Bald Mountain" segment from "Fantasia" on the TV. Background characters from "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad" and "Frozen" walk across the screen in front of the puppies from left to right.)

Kristoff: Come on, puppies. You're gonna have nightmares.

(Chernabog suddenly emerges from the TV screen and the dalmatians run away barking. We cut to Scrooge McDuck coming out of his picture frame with two sacks of monkey in his winged hands. The stampede of puppies trample him.)

Uncle Scrooge: Ooh! (Tosses the money bags out of his hands) Whoa!

(Robin Hood and Little John from "Robin Hood" come down from the ceiling and swipe the loot on the floor and tap their bags like drinking cups.)

Robin Hood and Little John: Oo-De-Lally!

(We cut to Lady and Tramp from the "Lady and the Tramp" franchise running down the hallway, along with Pongo and Perdita from the "101 Dalmatians" franchise The dogs get in the elevator just as Flash slowly enters)

Flash: Thank you... for holding... the... elevator.

(Baymax from "Big Hero 6" suddenly enters the elevator at the last minute)

Baymax: I am also going to the lobby.

Donald: Huh?

(Baymax squeezes himself into the elevator as the door closes)

Donlad (Muffled): Oh, come on!

(Baymax makes it in and the elevator closes as Donald angrily quacks. We cut to Ursula from "The Little Mermaid". Splat from "Strange World" squeaks as hearts form around him in front of Ursula. Next to her, Morph from "Treasure Planet" forms a heart)

Ursula (Chuckling): Oh, no. No-no-no-no-no.

(As soon as they exit right, Cinderella and Prince Charming from "Cinderella" come down the stairs while holding hands. Mickey is waiting at the bottom of the stairs)

Cinderella: Oh, hello there, Mickey.

Mickey: Hiya, Cinderella!

(Prince Charming's right shoe drops off his foot as he reaches the bottom of the stairs, as he and Cinderella laugh)

Prince Charming (laughing): Wasn't quite expecting that!

(Max comes down and makes off with Charming's shoe)

Prince Charming: Hey, Max! *gives chase* Eric, get your dog!

Cinderella (chasing after Charming and Max): Go, Max, go!

(Kaa passes by, trying to hypnotize Clarabelle)

Mickey (startled): Kaa, what're you doing?!

(Rapunzel comes along, armed with her frying pan)

Rapunzel: Don't worry, Mickey. I got this!

(Offscreen, Rapunzel whacks Kaa in the head with her frying pan. Mickey cringes, then faces the screen and smiles.)

Mickey: Hmm.

(We see a portrait of Walt Disney as Mickey walks up to it and takes his hat off for a moment of respect)

Minnie (Calling off-screen): Oh, Mickey? Where are you? We're in the lobby!

Mickey: (Chuckles in embarrassment and puts his hat on) Gotta go, but thanks. (Shrugs) On with the show.

The Moment of Reckoning[]

(Mickey exits right and we cut to a line of Disney characters on the stairs. Mickey flies down the hall while riding on Dumbo's back.)

Mickey (While riding on Dumbo): Oh!

(Dumbo and Mickey bump into Doris, who flies off of Bowler Hat Guy's head. Bowler Hat Guy catches it and Mickey continues flying Dumbo down the hall. We cut to Raya from "Raya and the Last Dragon" with Madame Mim from "The Sword in the Stone" and Flynn and Maximus from "Tangled" at the doors. Raya opening the right door.)

Raya: Coast is clear, Mick.

Mickey: Great! (Jumps off Dumbo's back) Right this way!

(Wreck-it Ralph from "Wreck-it Ralph" bumps into the closed door)

Oh! Ralph, are you okay?

Wreck-it Ralph (Dizzily): (Shakes it head) Never better, Garfield. (Clumsily trips over the garbage can)

Scar: I'm surrounded by... (Ducks under Mr. Toad riding on Carpet from "Aladdin") idiots!

Mr. Toad (While riding on Carpet): Tally ho!

(Carpet flies around the Sorcerer hat of the building)

Whee! I'll show you the world!

(Mr. Toad laughs as Carpet flies to the screen. Ichabod ducks and watches Mr. Toad.)

Mickey (Off-screen): Oh, great. The ladder!

(Ichabod ducks as Goofy swings the ladder over his head. Goofy hums while setting it up and trips. Jock and Trusty from "Lady and the Tramp" walk by in front of Goofy from right to left.)

Trusty: I don't recollect if I've ever mentioned Old Reliable before.

(Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather from "Sleeping Beauty" descend from the top of the screen and float down to the ground.)

Trusty (Off-screen): He'd say, uh...

Flora: Make it pink. (Turns the Sorcerer's hat pink)

Merryweather (Frustrated): Ooh! Make it blue! (Turns the Sorcerer's hat back to its original blue color)

(Camera rotates down to reveal Mickey guiding the large group of animated Disney characters for the photo.)

Mickey: Okay, everybody. Get-get together now.

(Screen cuts closer to Mickey as Oswald the Lucky Rabbit enters from the left and walks up to Llama Kuzco.)

Oh! After you.

(Oswald tips his open head and back up until he bumps into Kuzco)

Llama Kuzco: No touchy!

(The characters face the screen as Rafiki from "The Lion King" can be heard chuckling. The next shot reveals Rafiki handing Goofy the camera.)

Rafiki: It is time!

Goofy: (Takes the camera) A-hyuck! Thank you!

(As Goofy hums, the ladder becomes unstable and wiggles back and forth as Goofy climbs up)

Mickey (Worried): Goofy, careful!

(Screen cuts back to Goofy still humming until he makes it to the top. The ladder now swings in circles as Goofy tries looking for the timer button on the camera.)

Goofy: Alright, now where's that timer button?

Iago: Oh, oh! Three... two... one!

(Goofy falls off the ladder and screams his signature holler. The screen rumbles after Goofy hits the ground off-screen. We cut to Goofy with the broken camera. Stitch tries to eat a piece of it, but Lilo takes Stitch's other arm and drags him away. We cut to the crowd of characters, with Grumpy from "Snow White" being the first to speak.)

Grumpy: Well, that was fun.

(We pan upwards to show Cinderella, Rapunzel, Charming and Eugene watching this scene from the stairs near the main reception with pained expressions, as Maui, Moana and Chief Tui arrive on the scene. This is accompanied by a sad rendition of "You'll Be in My Heart", driven by the guitars, strings and oboes in the key of F major)

Cinderella (visibly concerned): Oh, dear. Poor Goofy...

Moana: What's happening, guys?

Cinderella: I'm afraid something's gone terribly wrong with this photoshoot, Moana.

Eeyore: We can try this again in another hundred years.

Tarzan: *sighs* Or at least sometime later this week, anyway.

Mickey: Now, look, everything's going to be alright.

(Mickey soon loses hope as everyone starts moping back inside. They pause, however, to see Cinderella, Rapunzel, Moana and their Princes still in conversation)

Rapunzel: I fear that even if Goofy HADN'T tried to take the photo, something going wrong with this photoshoot was pretty much inevitable.

Cinderella (wistfully): You're probably right, Rapunzel; I'm sure we can all feel the pressure to get this right. *tries to smile again* But I don't believe it's anything we truly can't fix.

Eugene: I think we should go down and see if we can help somehow.

Rapunzel: Oh, so do I, Eugene.

Chief Tui: Let's go, everyone!

(Feeling a sense of real urgency, Cinderella, Charming, Rapunzel and Eugene begin heading downstairs as quickly as possible, with Moana, Maui and Tui following close behind, along with several other characters)

Cinderella: I've got an idea that might bring everyone's spirits back up. *winks at Rapunzel*

Tarzan (urgently): Stand back, everyone; we've got more arrivals!

Spirits Restored[]

(The Princes and Princesses then emerge into the courtyard as several other characters who weren't initially present also follow suit, such as Ariel, Eric, Pocahontas and John Smith, much to the surprise of those already gathered. This is accompanied by a new rendition of "I See The Light" played in A major, driven mostly by the strings and French horns)

Cinderella: Sorry to interrupt, everyone.

Jasmine: Cinderella?

Cinderella: Don't worry, Jasmine, we're here to help.

Goofy: Oh, gorsh, you've arrived not a moment too soon!

(Rapunzel and Eugene run over to check up on Goofy)

Rapunzel: We're gonna turn this around, Goofy.

Eugene: Can you still stand up alright?

(Goofy stands up, still in a little pain but mostly unharmed)

Goofy: I sure can.

Eugene: You've probably only sustained a few bruises here and there; nothing too major.

(The tune changes to a tranquil A-sharp major rendition of "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes", driven predominantly by the guitars, strings, oboes and clarinets)

Cinderella: *addresses all the characters* Now, look...I know you're all dismayed by poor Goofy's accident, and we're well aware of the unimaginable pressure you're probably feeling over this grand milestone...but we share your hope that we could take this epic group photo to cap off the celebrations, and we shouldn't give up that hope.

Prince Charming: I'm sure we'll find some way to fix this.

Cinderella: So am I.

(As several more characters come out, everyone begins listening more intently)

Belle: We're not late, are we, Mickey?

Mickey: Of course not, Belle.

(Belle and the Beast breathe a sigh of relief)

Cinderella: And we need only remember that even at moments like this, our dreams are never out of reach, and our courage and hope will always prevail.

Fairy Godmother: Speaking of which, may I help a little?

Cinderella: Absolutely, Fairy Godmother.

(Fairy Godmother uses her wand to conjure a guitar for Rapunzel)

Cinderella: All yours, Raps.

Rapunzel: *takes the guitar eagerly* My own guitar!

Prince Charming: We figured you might need it someday, Rapunzel.

Rapunzel: Just gonna play a little tune to lighten the mood a little.

(As the new rendition of "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" comes to a close, Rapunzel plays an introduction on her guitar, as the orchestra plays the intro to a new rendition of "When You Wish Upon a Star", in the key of A-sharp major)

Cinderella (whispering eagerly to all the characters): Here we go...

(As everyone tunes in intently, Rapunzel begins playing the main melody, with the orchestra backing her up. Cinderella is the first to sing)

Cinderella: ♪When you wish upon a star

Makes no difference who you are

(Mickey and Minnie are clearly moved by this, as the other characters steadily catch on)

Belle and the Beast: ♪Anything your heart desires

Will come to you

Hades (annoyed): I knew this was gonna happen.

Aurora (laughing): Sorry, Hades.

(We pan upwards to show Quasimodo and his gargoyles)

Quasimodo: ♪If your heart is in your dream,

(We cut back to the ground to show Pocahontas taking Dumbo and Timothy on her arms, surrounded by Pepa and Félix Madrigal, Eilonwy, Taran and Hen Wen and various other animals)

Pocahontas: ♪No request is too extreme

(We then cut to Snow White and Florian, with Robin Hood, Marian, Isabella, Dolores and Jim Hawkins all listening fondly, before we pan right to Mowgli and Baloo)

Snow White: ♪When you wish upon a star...

Baloo and Mowgli: ♪...As dreamers do

(The other characters soon begin to step in to fix Goofy's accident during the bridge. Hercules puts the ladder back upright, the magic brooms sweep up the broken camera pieces, Felix fixes the camera with his hammer, and Fairy Godmother uses her wand to levitate Goofy so he can safely set up the camera. The orchestra steadily crescendos and gains more momentum as this new rendition progresses)

Jiminy Cricket: ♪Fate is kind

Ariel, Eric, Rapunzel, Eugene, Aladdin and Jasmine: ♪Like a bolt out of the blue,

Cinderella and Prince Charming: ♪When you wish upon a star,

Your dreams come true

(The orchestra crescendos into a climactic G minor chord, followed by a C major chord, as the camera's timer slowly ticks down, with everyone now in position, including Chief Tui, who is inbetween Moana, Maui and Cinderella)

Rapunzel: I think we've pretty much fixed everything.

Mickey: (turns to address all the characters) Let's cap this off, everybody!

Cinderella: Altogether, now! *addresses the audience briefly and winks at the camera* And you can join in as well, if you like.

(The key changes to F major, as all the characters begin singing as a collective whole. The camera slowly zooms out from Cinderella, Prince Charming and Mickey to show the entire chorus singing jubilantly, their spirits now fully restored. This then fades into an epic panning shot of the entire chorus from left to right; all the way from Raya and her gang on one side, to the Headless Horseman on the other, before fading back to a closer shot of Cinderella, Belle, Moana and their respective Princes and families, with Mickey and friends in front of them)

Your dreams...come...true!

GroupPicture

(As the orchestra nears its absolute climax, the French horns and oboes briefly segue into the melody of A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes, as Cinderella and the Prince gently sing the first line to the audience, the rest of the orchestra holding out an F major chord for 2 bars. The rest of the chorus holds out the previous line)

Cinderella and Prince Charming: ♪A dream is a wish your heart makes!

(The French horns, oboes and violins then segue into the first 7 chorus notes of I See The Light as Rapunzel and Eugene sing their duet, with the orchestra holding out the F major crescendo for another 4 bars)

Rapunzel and Eugene: ♪And at last, we see the light!

(The violins, flutes and trombones then segue into the first four chorus notes of A Whole New World, with the rest of the orchestra gracefully moving through the F major crescendo, as Aladdin and Jasmine have their own duet, the camera zooming in on them)

Aladdin and Jasmine: ♪A whole new world!

(The orchestra holds out the F major chord for another 2 bars before reaching a C major lull, as everyone sings the final line, the camera zooming out to the familiar finale shot)

Everyone: ♪Your dreams come true!

(The orchestra finally reaches its absolute apex, holding out a spectacular F major climax, before the final strike, as Tinker Bell flies up to the screen and taps her wand, transitioning to her floating next to the panoramic shot of all the the characters standing in front of the Roy E. Disney Animation Building. Tinkerbell flies left out of the shot and the screen fades to black)

Epilogue[]

Wind-Down

(We fade into the final scene set the following afternoon in the studio's café and lounge area, with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Mickey and Fairy Godmother. This scene is accompanied by a gentler, shorter rendition of When You Wish Upon a Star, driven mainly by the piano, strings, oboes and French horns, once again in the key of F major)

Mickey: We hope you've enjoyed this wonderful, humourous little story of yesterday's epic photo session.

Cinderella: Disney is so glad to have prospered, and realized millions of dreams over the last 100 years, and we're proud to keep up Walt's vision for generations to come.

Fairy Godmother: Here's to the next 100 years of wonder!

Prince Charming: It's been an absolute pleasure sharing this story with you.

(Rapunzel, Eugene, Timon, Pumbaa, Aladdin and Jasmine also drop in to say goodbye)

Mickey: I'm gonna have to head off now, but I'll see you real soon, everybody! Remember; keep on dreaming!

(Mickey heads offscreen)

Timon: Hakuna Matata, Mickey, *turns to the audience* and so long, folks; it's been great to see ya!

(Pumbaa trots offscreen with Timon happily riding on his back)

Eugene: And remember, whether in our films or TV shows, or our beloved parks, Disney will always be there to welcome you home!

Rapunzel: Goodbye, everyone, and enjoy the rest of the celebrations!

Jasmine: Thanks for dropping in!

(Cinderella blows one last comforting kiss to the audience)

Cinderella: See you soon, everyone!

(As the characters wave farewell, we fade into the final end caption from the existing version of OUAS, reading "To all who have imagined, laughed and dreamed with us; Thank You". The end credits then play out as normal)
