Val Bettin born on August 1st 1923, is a British Voice Actor who voiced Dr. David Q. Dawson in The Great Mouse Detective. He also took over as the role of The Sultan of Agrabah in The Return of Jafar (1994), Aladdin and the King of Thieves (1996) and the Aladdin TV series replacing the late Douglas Seale.
