Victor Joseph Garber, OC, is a Canadian film and television actor and singer, who is best known for his roles as Jack Bristow in the ABC sci-fi thriller series Alias, Thomas Andrews in the 1997 romantic disaster film Titanic, and Ken Taylor in the 2012 historical drama film Argo. He is also well-known for voicing Master Thundering Rhino in the 2011 DreamWorks animated film Kung Fu Panda 2.

For Disney, he played King Maximilian in the 1997 telefilm adaptation of Cinderella, Oliver Warbucks in Annie, and Mayor Shinn in The Music Man. He also portrayed Brian Spiro in the 1993 Touchstone Pictures film Life with Mikey, Mark Olsen in You Again, Robert Foster in Tuck Everlasting, Professor Barrett in the ABC TV show Ugly Betty, Jordan Wethersby in Eli Stone, and voiced Sabino in Wish.
