Vincent Andrew Schiavelli was an American character actor, who had appeared in numerous film and television titles. His recognizable roles included the Subway Ghost in Ghost, Bruce Frederickson in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Mr. Vargas in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Salieri's Valet in Amadeus, Organ Grinder in Batman Returns, Dr. Kaufman in Tomorrow Never Dies, and Pigeon Man, Mr. Bailey in Hey Arnold!
For Disney, he played Lazarus in Bride of Boogedy, Cutwater in Prince Brat and The Whipping Boy, Waldo Fudd in Escape to Witch Mountain, and Willy Wishbow in The Pooch and the Pauper. For Touchstone Pictures, he played Sommelier in Two Much.
For 20th Century Fox, he played B.J. in Chu Chu and the Philly Flash and John O'Connor in The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension.
He died from lung cancer in 2005.
