Irving Rameses "Ving" Rhames is an American actor and voice actor who is best known for his deep voice. He is well known for his roles as Marsellus Wallace in the 1994 crime film, Pulp Fiction and as Luther Stickell in the Mission: Impossible film series.

For Disney, he voiced Cobra Bubbles in the 2002 Disney animated feature film, Lilo & Stitch and its spin-off Stitch! The Movie. He is also known for his role as Nathan 'Diamond Dog' Jones in the 1997 Touchstone Pictures film, Con Air and The Prophet in Surrogates. He also voiced Garrett Krebs in The Proud Family episode; "A Hero for Halloween". He even played Charlie-27 in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
