Lyrics
Background Cheerleaders:
Hey...ho...hey...ho...alright, here we go!
Everyone:
Together, together, together, everyone
Together, together, c'mon, let's have some fun!
Together, we're there for each other every time
Together, together, come on let's do this right
Troy:
Here and now, it's time for celebration
I've finally figured out (Yeah, yeah!)
That all our dreams (Uh!) have no limitations
That's what it's all about. (Come on now!)
Gabriella:
Everyone is special in their own way
We make each other strong (make each other strong)
We're not the same; we're different in a good way
Together's where we belong
Everybody:
We're all in this together
Once we know that we are, we're all stars and we see that
We're all in this together
And it shows when we stand hand-in-hand
Make our dreams come true (Oh!)
Everybody, now!
Together, together, together, everyone
Together, together, come on, let's have some fun!
Together, we're there for each other every time
Together, together, come on let's do this right
Ryan:
We're all here and speaking out in one voice
We're gonna rock the house (Yeah, yeah!)
The party's on, now everybody make some noise
Come on, scream and shout!
Sharpay:
We've arrived because we stuck together
Champions, one and all
Everybody:
We're all in this together
Once we know that we are, we're all stars and we see that
We're all in this together
And it shows when we stand hand-in-hand
Make our dreams come
We're all in this together
When we reach, we can fly, know inside, we can make it
We're all in this together
Once we see there's a chance that we have and we take it!
Wildcats, sing along
Yeah, you really got it goin' on
Wildcats in the house
Everybody say it now
Wildcats, everywhere
Wave your hands up in the air
That's the way we do it, let's get to it
Time to show the world
Cheerleaders:
Hey...ho...hey...ho...all right, here we go!
Everyone:
We're all in this together
Once we know that we are, we're all stars and we see that
We're all in this together
And it shows when we stand hand-in-hand
Make our dreams come
We're all in this together
When we reach, we can fly, know inside, we can make it
We're all in this together
Once we see there's a chance that we have and we take it!
Wildcats, everywhere
Wave your hands up in the air
That's the way we do it, let's get to it
Come on, everyone!

Parodies
An anime parody of this song/scene was created and released in 2007 in the form of "Stitch Meets High School Musical". In this skit (aired on Disney Channel in Japan and released in the United States on the 2-Disc "Deluxe Dance Edition" of High School Musical 2), Stitch and other characters from the Lilo & Stitch franchise play a friendly game of basketball (set to "Get'cha Head in the Game" in the TV broadcast version), then dance to "We're All in This Together". The characters who appear in the parody besides Stitch are (in order of appearance) Gantu, Sparky, Sample, Felix, Jumba, Pleakley, Reuben, 627, and Angel. Notably, all the characters who appear in the video are almost all of the Lilo & Stitch characters who are a costumed character at Disney Parks (most notably Tokyo Disneyland), the only two absentees being Lilo and Dr. Hämsterviel (who are also costumed characters at the parks).
A song called "Don't Stare at the Sun" was used at the end of "High School Musical: A Bad Lip Reading", a web video created by YouTube channel Bad Lip Reading in conjunction with Disney XD in celebration of the franchise's 10th anniversary. The song is sung over footage of the "We're All in This Together" scene, with a completely different melody and new lyrics derived from a poor lip reading of the characters speaking onscreen. The song was released as an iTunes single under Walt Disney Records Presents.
