- Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb, another show created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh and taking place in the same universe, makes a cameo appearance in this episode as a pyjama, along with the Perry the Platypus Theme. Perry and Doofenshmirtz would later become main characters in the show’s second season, serving as the primary link between the two series.
- The song S.I.M.P. (Squirrels In My Pants) can be heard at the end of the episode. These three allusions mark the second time that a Phineas and Ferb reference appears in Milo Murphy's Law, following "Murphy's Lard".
