Wendell Edward Pierce is an American actor and voice actor, best known for his roles as Detective William "Bunk" Moreland in The Wire, and James Greer in Jack Ryan. His other acting roles include Malcolm X, Hackers, Get on the Bus, Ray, Horrible Bosses, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, Selma, Superman, The Equalizer, Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Suits, Ray Donovan, The Odd Couple, Elsbeth, and Harley Quinn.
For Disney, he voiced Dr. Craig in Pickle and Peanut, Sandy and Cliff in Eureka!, and portrayed Congressman Gary in Thunderbolts*. For Hollywood Pictures, he played Detective Thibodeaux in Stay Alive, and for Miramax Films, he played Louis in A Rage in Harlem. For ABC, he played Derrick West in A Man Called Hawk, Conrad White in Capital News, Dr. Boucher in My Wife and Kids, and Bill Schroeder in Women's Murder Club.
For 20th Century Fox, he played Wells Dennard in A Matter of Degrees, Hector in Bye Bye Love, Michael Davenport in Waiting to Exhale, and Fred in Bulworth.
