"What is a Friend?" is the second short film in the Toy Story series Forky Asks a Question on Disney+. The short film premiered on November 15, 2019.

Story

Forky asks an inanimate mug named What? No! what a friend is. What? No!, being inanimate, does not respond, so Forky tells What? No! what he already knows about what a friend is. At the end, What? No! falls to the ground and breaks.
