Wildfire is a one-time minor character from the Disney Jr. animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates. She is a young Never Land Firebird and Captain Colossus' loyal companion. Her vocal effects are provided by Dee Bradley Baker.

When Captain Jake and his crew are sailing the Mighty Colossus ship, they hear someone who has returned. It's Wildfire! The Never Land Firebird who needs their help to find the 3 keys: One key is made out of crystal, one key is made out of iron and the other one is made out of gold. These keys are for the mission to find the lost treasure of Captain Colossus and to restore Captain Colossus' power in order to defeat Grim Buccaneer, ShiverJack and Dr. Undergear (Excluding Captain Hook for his redemption, and Lord Fathom for trying to get his darklight emerald back)!

Personality

Not much is known about Wildfire and how she met Captain Colossus. What is known is Wildfire is one of Captain Colossus dearest allies staying at his side after his faithful encounter with the Strake and Lord Fathom. Seeing Colossus slowly losing his strength, she leaves Colossus Island to find assistance.

Physical appearance

Wildfire makes her only debut in the episode special "The Legion of Pirate Villains", where she meets Jake and his crew sailing the Mighty Colossus, Wildfire reveals a secret compartment aboard the ship revealing a book with a map showing three magical keys hidden on Never Land that will unlock Colossus's magical treasure. While accompanying Wildfire, Jake and his forces are later confronted by the Grim Buccaneer and his Legion of Pirate Villains who also desire the treasure, including Captain Hook, who takes Lord Fathom's place by mistake. After locating the secret entrance into Colossus fortress on Colossus Island thanks to Wildfire, Jake and his crew meet Captain Colossus who uncertain at first of the young trespasser but Wildfire assured that they have come to help. Later during the special Jake, his comrades accompanied by Captain Colossus are forced to confront the Legion of Pirate Villains, but are able to recover the treasure when Captain Hook sides with them against the Grim Buccaneer. The treasure then restores Colossus' strength, and he handily defeats the other villains. To show his gratitude to Jake and his crew, he gives them the Mighty Colossus.

Powers and abilities

As a Never Land Firebird, Wildfire is the fastest flying bird species in Never Land. She is also covered in a fiery aura.

Trivia

• Despite her color, she has nothing to do with fire, like the Little Einsteins' Firebird.
• Wildfire is based on Slavic folklore creature Firebird and the Little Einsteins' Firebird.
