William Emerson "Will" Arnett is a Canadian-American actor, voice actor, comedian, and producer, who is best known for his distinctive husky voice. He is well known television roles as G.O.B. on the Fox/Netflix sitcom Arrested Development since 2003, and Chris Brinkley on the NBC sitcom Up All Night from 2011 to 2012. He is also well-known for voicing the Lone Gunslinger in Blue Sky's Ice Age: The Meltdown, the Missing Link in DreamWorks' Monsters vs. Aliens, and Surly, the protagonist of The Nut Job and its 2017 sequel. He currently voices the titular character in the Netflix adult animated black comedy series, BoJack Horseman.

For Disney, he voiced Horst in the Disney/Pixar film Ratatouille and Pod in the Studio Ghibli film The Secret World of Arrietty. He also voiced Ryder in the season finale episode of Wander Over Yonder, entitled "The Rider". Additionally, he portrayed Kip Killian in the 2009 spy-fi comedy film G-Force, as well as Antonio in the 2010 Touchstone Pictures film When in Rome.
