Willa Joanna Chance Holland is an American actress and fashion model who is best known for her television roles as Kaitlin Cooper on the Fox teen drama series The O.C. from 2006 to 2007, and stared as Thea Queen on The CW superhero drama series Arrow from 2012 to 2018.
For Disney, she voiced Aqua in the English versions of the video games Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, the Final Mix-exclusive cutscenes of Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix (for Kingdom Hearts HD II.5 ReMIX), Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep -A Fragmentary Passage- (for Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 Final Chapter Prologue), and Kingdom Hearts III.
