"Witchy Worries" is the second segment of the twenty-eighth episode of Mickey Mouse Funhouse. It premiered on November 18, 2022 alongside "Finding Treasure!", and is the second segment of the third episode in the second season.
Synopsis[]
Mickey and the gang go in search of a woodsman, who disappeared in the Land of Myth.
Plot[]
The episode begins with Mickey witnessing Pluto and Teddy ripping cardboard to shreds. He is about to scold them, but Funny tells him that he asked them to so they are easy to recycle, so he apologizes to them. He then gets a phone call from Pete the Mighty from the Land of Myth about an emergency, so the gang departs.
Upon entering the Land of Myth, the gang meets Pete the Mighty along with Cheesy Chip and Pepperoni Dale. They explain that they can't make pizza because they don't have any wood. Pete also adds that his lumberjack, Woodsman Willie hasn't showed since he ventured into the Forest Primeval and he thinks he got captured by a witch named Scarabelle. The gang agrees to find Woodsman Willie and they set off for the Forest Primeval on Pete's chariot. When they enter the forest, they are scared by how dark and creepy the forest is. Scarabelle finds the gang and decides to confront them, but they all run away before inadvertently entering her hut and riding away on one of her magic brooms.
They find Woodsman Willie, who explains that he wasn't captured, but instead actually helping Scarabelle, whose actual name is Carabelle, plant more trees so that the forest remains healthy. In exchange, he can chop down as many trees as he needs to get the wood needed for building and cooking. Carabelle also adds that she isn't actually scary and that the name "Scarabelle" is just a name the people in the Land of Myth made up because they were scared. She strikes up a deal with the gang: if they help her plant more trees, she comes with them to the Land of Myth to show how not scary she is. Later, she is having pizza with the gang and Pete the Mighty, who apologizes for judging her without getting to know her and agrees to have the people in the Land of Myth help her plant trees once a month. Eventually, the gang returns to Funny. The episode ends with Funny producing a souvenir to remember their trip and Mickey and Minnie waving goodbye to the viewers.
