Wolf Spider is a Marvel Comics character that appears in Ultimate Spider-Man. Wolf-Spider is the evil counterpart to the real Spider-Man; unlike the heroic original, he is a villain in his world who wanted to obtain all the shard of the Siege Perilous to conquer the entire multiverse.

Christopher Daniel Barnes previously voiced Spider-Man in the 1994 animated series Spider-Man.
The name "Wolf Spider" is derived from the wolf spider, spiders that belongs to family Lycosidae, named due to their predatory hunting behavior.
