Tired of being castle-bound by his domineering mother, Count Wretcher breaks loose and tries to convince Billy and friends to continue fixing the Cheeserator.
Plot[]
Count Wretcher is at home playing with his sludge cannon when he expresses his desire to Thurston to use his weapon outside the confines of his home. His mother, Mrs. Wretcher refuses to allow him to take it outside and Wretcher openly swears to get his revenge on Billy by forcing him to take him to the surface. Billy has been building a diorama of his house and him and his friends when Wretcher arrives to remind him to fix the Cheeserator. Billy explains that he has been taking the natural resources in Subterrania-Tania, not for the Cheeserator, but instead to build things such as a water slide for fun. Wretcher is angered by this, especially because he dislikes fun and claims that he has better things to do.
At Thurston's suggestion, Wretcher decides to stoop to making Billy not want to stay. He sets an Ear Bursting Screech Nettle to scare Billy and his friends out, but he is used to the sound. Wretcher and Thurston later get in a sea serpent disguise and try to scare Billy away, but he wants to examine the serpent. He falls inside and, believing Wretcher and Thurston were eaten, floods the entire ship. Having the last straw and finally fed up with his mother, Wretcher sends his giant bat monster Agatha to come and take away Billy's house. However, Billy was planning a camping trip and he Zeke and Marsha are happy. Wretcher gets fed up with Billy, but he ends up stepping on the diorama. Believing that those were his good memories, Wretcher convinces him to leave Subterrania-Tania.
Billy finally finishes rebuilding the Cheeserator, but Wretcher steals the machine. Luckily, Billy already has a plan and Wretcher returns home to discover that Billy had stolen his sludge cannon and demands a fair trade. They arrive by the lagoon and Wretcher demands his sludge cannon back. However, this turns out to be a trap and Wretcher finds himself forced to ride the water slide Billy made. He ends up having fun, but accidentally knocks the Cheeserator into the lagoon. Mrs. Wretcher arrives (still a photo with a voice box) demanding that Wretcher give the kids back their house, though it lands on top of him. Billy then proceeds to tell him the many things they will do together, much to his horror.
