The X-Mansion (also known as Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters) is a mansion and research institute that appears in Marvel Comics, which serves as the base of operations and training site of the X-Men.
The mansion was originally the private estate of the Xavier family, inherited by Charles Francis Xavier. It became a private school for young Mutants where they are able to receive an education without persecution from the outside world as well learn to control their abilities.
Danger Room: A training facility built to train the X-Men, initially using traps, weapons, and other mechanical dangers. The facility also uses holograms to simulate realistic settings, environments, and enemies.
