The "X-Men Theme" is the opening theme music from the X-Men animated series from 1992, composed by Haim Saban and Shuki Levy. It is also the opening theme music for the revival series X-Men '97.

Before the release of the revival series, the theme music was first heard in the MCU film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and in the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel when those projects referenced mutants.

Trivia

• Eric Lewald believed Marvel Studios paid a large amount for the rights to use the Animated Series theme, which had its rights "all over the place".^{[citation needed]}
• According to Brad Winderbaum, acquiring the rights to the theme song was one of the conditions upon which X-Men '97 was greenlit.
