Zigfried "Ziggy" Flagstarr is a character from the PKNA comic book. At first, Ziggy appears in the background of Channel 00 scenes as an errand boy. in issue #29, he sees the kidnapping of The Duck Avenger by the U.S. army, so he calls Mary Ann Flagstarr for help and we find Ziggy was once at the PBI academy. At the end of the issue, it's revealed that Ziggy is Mary Ann's brother. He looks like Henery Hawk from Looney Tunes.
