The Zootopia Police Academy is a police academy for those training to become members of the Zootopia police force in the 2016 Disney film Zootopia.
Background[]
The Zootopia Police Academy is like any police academy: animals who come here trained both physically and mentally, to handle their ways through the different environments of the core divisions of Zootopia.
Each challenge depends on what division of what city to handle; a sandstorm in Sahara Square, climbing unusual heights in Rainforest District, icy walls and slippery slopes in Tundratown, and fighting tough criminals as it has a boxing arena.
Role in the film[]
Since Judy Hopps was the first bunny to roll in, she came off a rocky start due to her small size, the drill sergeant, Major Friedkin,[1] thought she would quit but she was determined. By using her agility, she overcome the obstacles by using her surroundings, including the other cadets for support, and once used a cadet rhino's force against him. Judy managed to be top of all the other cadets.
Months later, Nick Wilde enrolls in the academy and manages to graduate and become the first fox police officer.
